Article Post Robot

Article Post Robot developers have recently upgraded their software, adding more features and article directories to it. Now, it can submit to more than 400 free article submission directories. As usual, you can do so either automatically or manually. Automatic submission runs quietly in the background, posting to each article directory with precision in the article format and category. The article submission software is systematic, very simple to use and yet robust enough to handle so many submissions in one breathe.

Article Post Robot also submits to Yahoo Groups and there is about 50 over groups built-into the software. This gives your articles a wider exposure and distribution network to reach more audience.

The software is simple, easy to use and comes with a PDF version of a users manual.

One of the great things about Article Post Robot is it’s ease of use to setup. It guides you step by step with boxes for each part of your article.

Browser – Feature for viewing article sites.

Article Sites – Option for viewing web sites that accept article submissions. This screen tells you which sites require registration and offers a right click option for adding a login and password for each site.

Mail List – A mix of sites that accept e–mailed articles and sites featuring newsgroups.

Article Options – Feature for storing your article information: i.e., title, subtitle, keywords, summary, etc., allowing you to choose up to five categories.

Article Content – Option for either uploading a text article into this screen or typing an article directly into the box and saving it as a .txt file.

Author Options – Feature for adding your first name, last name, location, URL of your web site, pen name, e–mail address and biography. You can save this information or import it from your computer.

E–Mail Template – A standard e–mail template included with e–mail submissions. You can edit this as many times as you want and save each version.

Other Options – Asks for information to set up your SMTP information for your e–mail system, posting configuration and pause time between posts.)

Once you have entered all of the information to your article, you then just check the article sites that you would like to submit to, and hit the Start Button.

This software can be used to submit your articles or those of your clients. By saving articles and author biographies, you can easily switch between various articles and/or authors. You can also create multiple bylines for yourself. The history of submissions is created for you and stores up to 90 days of data for each article.

Overall, there is not a lot to explain about what this program does, because it is simple to understand, and it works like a charm! Just write your article, input it into Article Post Robot, push the start button, and off it goes.

The only downside to the program is the process of signing up to the 450 article sites that Article Post Robot will submit to and entering the login information for each site into the program. This is somewhat tedious, and may take you a day or two, but it is a necessary step if you want to truely do well with article marketing, and the rewards are well worth the work put in.

Free Article Submitter Review

While article submission isn’t anything shockingly new to the world of SEO, many people STILL don’t do it… and for good reason. It takes so incredibly long to do manually.

I’ll admit, I had tried article submission at one point, but after I finally found a few article dircetories to submit my articles to, and then after manually copying and pasting my information into the required textboxes on each submission site, I quickly realized that my time could be better spent doing something else.

Then I came across a free program created by Brad Callen and Bryxen Software, Inc. that allows you to automatically submit your articles to hundreds of article directories with a few mouse clicks. Basically all I had to do was input my article criteria into the software, ONCE! Then, the program would automatically fill in all of the required data at each of the submission websites. Pretty incredible if you ask me.

The only part I didn’t understand was why the program is free… but I can’t argue with that I suppose.

The software currently contains around 700 article directories, all free to submit your articles to. It is the most straightforward program that we’ve come across, in that all you need to do is:

1. Input your article details (i.e. title, article body, bio, etc.) into the software

2. Click on the directory you want to submit to

And then the program will automatically fill in your article details. Then, you simply click the submit button and your article is instantly submitted to the directory. Then, you can move to the next directory, go through the list, and by the time you’re finished you’ll have roughly 700 one way links pointing to your website.

I can’t think of an easier way to get links. Of course, if you’re going to get links this quickly, it’s important to submit different variations of your articles, to make things look more natural to the search engines.

You can do this very easily via Article Submitter when you create your project in the beginning.

The software is constantly being updated and their is an incredible community of users established that all work together to make the software better and better, so you know you’re getting great value for the money.

Free Directory Submitter Review

You may or may not know that Website Directory Submission is quickly becoming a very popular and easy way to get quality, one way links to your website.

These kind of links are exactly what the search engines are looking for. The websites with more quality, one way links are typically the sites that rank the highest, period.

With that said, there are several websites dircetory submission programs on the market. The best and easiest to use is a new program created by Brad Callen, called Directory Submitter.

The software currently contains around 1700 website directories, all free. It is the most straightforward program that we’ve come across, in that all you need to do is:

1. Input your website details (i.e. title, description, URL, etc.) into the software

2. Click on the directory you want to submit to and then the program will automatically fill in your website details. Then, you simply click the submit button and your website is instantly submitted to the directory. Then, you can move to the next directory, go through the list, and by the time you’re finished you’ll have roughly 1500 one way links pointing
to your website.

I can’t think of an easier way to get links. Of course, if you’re going to get links this quickly, it’s important to vary your website title (anchor text) every 20-30 links or so, to make things look more natural to the search engines.

You can do this very easily via Directory Submitter when you create your project in the beginning.

The software is constantly being updated and their is an incredible community of users established that all work together to make the software better and better, so you know you’re getting great value for the money.

Spyware Adware Protection

Spyware can slow your computer to a crawl, steal personal and confidential information, track your online behavior and trigger annoying pop-ups and advertisements. Spyware (also referred to as Adware or Malware) is software that is installed on your computer without your consent. It may be used to send you pop-up ads, redirect your computer to websites, monitor your internet surfing, or record your keystrokes, which, in turn, could lead to identity theft.

Spyware Scan

These are some of the symptoms that indicate Spyware is on a computer:-
Slow performance when opening programs or saving files.

A hijacked browser — that is, a browser that takes you to sites other than those you type into the address box.

A sudden or repeated change in your computer’s internet home page.

New and unexpected toolbars.

New and unexpected icons on the system tray at the bottom of your computer screen.

Keys that don’t work (for example, the “Tab” key that might not work when you try to move to the next field in a Web form).

Numerous pop-up ads.

Try to follow these precautions in order to help prevent Spyware installation:-

Don’t install any software without knowing exactly what it is. Take the time to read the end-user license agreement (EULA) before downloading any software. If the EULA is hard to find — or difficult to understand — think twice about installing the software.

Download free software only from sites you know and trust. It can be appealing to download free software like games, peer-to-peer file-sharing programs, customized toolbars, or other programs that may change or customize the functioning of your computer. Be aware, however, that some of these free software applications bundle other software, including Spyware.

Install a personal firewall to stop uninvited users from accessing your computer. A firewall blocks unauthorized access to your computer and will alert you if Spyware already on your computer is sending information out.

Don’t click on any links within pop-up windows. If you do, you may install Spyware on your computer. Instead, close pop-up windows by clicking on the “X” icon in the title bar.

Don’t click on links in spam that claim to offer anti-spyware software. Some software offered in spam actually installs Spyware.

Finally - Carry out a free spyware scan on your computer.
